This is one of the classic recipes for preparing baked ribs accompanied by potatoes. You can also put any kind of vegetables. It is a recipe to enjoy sucking our fingers. If you have not tried them yet, I encourage you to do so, you will like them a lot.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg. ribs
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 garlic
  • 200 ml. white wine
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. The first thing we do is marinate the ribs so they take on more flavor.
  2. In a mortar we chop the garlic, put the rosemary, thyme, oregano and a little salt and pepper and mix it with the wine.
  3. In a baking dish we put the ribs, they can be in a strip or in pieces and we cover it with the mortar, we put the bay leaf and a drizzle of oil.
  4. We cover it with aluminum foil and leave it in the fridge for an hour.
  5. We cut the potatoes into 1 cm slices. and we put them on the baking tray, we clean some artichokes and we also put them on the tray next to the ribs.
  6. We preheat the oven to 180-190ºC, we put the tray in the oven for an hour, we will turn the ribs and the potatoes so that they brown all over.
  7. With the juice we will water the ribs, potatoes and artichokes, so that they take a good flavor.
  8. When we see that they are already we take them out of the oven and they will be ready !!!
  9. Do not leave them for much longer than necessary, as they will remain dry.
