This is one of the classic recipes for preparing baked ribs accompanied by potatoes. You can also put any kind of vegetables. It is a recipe to enjoy sucking our fingers. If you have not tried them yet, I encourage you to do so, you will like them a lot.

Ingredients
- 1 kg. ribs
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 garlic
- 200 ml. white wine
- 1 hoja de laurel
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Pepper
- Sal Island

Preparation
- The first thing we do is marinate the ribs so they take on more flavor.
- In a mortar we chop the garlic, put the rosemary, thyme, oregano and a little salt and pepper and mix it with the wine.
- In a baking dish we put the ribs, they can be in a strip or in pieces and we cover it with the mortar, we put the bay leaf and a drizzle of oil.
- We cover it with aluminum foil and leave it in the fridge for an hour.
- We cut the potatoes into 1 cm slices. and we put them on the baking tray, we clean some artichokes and we also put them on the tray next to the ribs.
- We preheat the oven to 180-190ºC, we put the tray in the oven for an hour, we will turn the ribs and the potatoes so that they brown all over.
- With the juice we will water the ribs, potatoes and artichokes, so that they take a good flavor.
- When we see that they are already we take them out of the oven and they will be ready !!!
- Do not leave them for much longer than necessary, as they will remain dry.
