Marinated ribs with potatoes

Today we are going to prepare some ribs marinated with potatoes, with a bittersweet flavor, different ribs and full of flavor. This recipe was given to me by a friend, we really liked it, they are prepared in the oven and the result is worth it, they are great tender and very tasty, they can be accompanied by potatoes, salad, vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of pork ribs in pieces
  • 5-6 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 5-6 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Salt, oil, pepper

Preparation
  1. The first thing will be to prepare the sauce. We put a saucepan on the fire, we put the tomato sauce, the ketchup and the mustard, we will put it over medium heat and we will stir until they are well mixed. You can add more than one ingredient if you like it that way.
  2. Add the salt, pepper, sugar and a splash of vinegar, stir and let the sauce heat well without boiling. We turn off and let cool.
  3. We prepare the ribs, put them in a bowl, cut and clean, bathe the ribs with the sauce that we have prepared and let them marinate for a couple of hours, we will stir them so that they are well impregnated with the sauce.
  4. We turn the oven to 180ºC heat up and down, we will put the tray where we have the ribs in the center of the oven for about 30 minutes, we turn the ribs over and leave them for another 30 minutes. They must be well browned, if necessary leave a little more time.
  5. While we peel and cut some potatoes, we fry them in a pan with plenty of oil and reserve.
  6. When the ribs are very crisp, remove from the oven. They are served hot and accompanied by French fries.
