Canned tomatoes in brine

On several occasions I proposed you to make different preserves, but today I will teach you how to preserve tomatoes in brine so that you can taste them as just bought.

Ingredients:

1 kilo of tomatoes
1 kilo of coarse salt
1 liter of water
sterilized jars, quantity required

Preparation:

Wash and dry the tomatoes and put them in the sterilized jars. Apart in a pot, boil the water together with the salt and then let it cool.

Pour the brine over the tomatoes and close the jars very well. Store in a dark, dry place for 30 days before consuming. After this time, before using them, wash them several times under running water and you will see that made in this way they look like fresh tomatoes.
