Today's idea is to elaborate simple and fresh canapes to serve as an aperitif or starter at the next summer meals. Two canapés specifically: the first, with minced ham; the second, minced prawns. You can prepare them in advance in just 15 minutes.
To prepare these recipes more quickly we will use the mincer. It will be enough chop all the ingredients necessary and amalgamate them later with a little mayonnaise or pink sauce. To make them look a little more you can decorate them with a little mayonnaise, a whole prawn, some chives leaves ... to your liking!
- 2 thick slices of Serrano ham
- 2 thick slices of cooked ham
- 4 crab sticks
- Mayonnaise
- Toasted bread
- 15 + 3 Cooked Prawns
- ½ Chives
- 1 boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

- To prepare the canapés of minced hamPut all the ingredients in the mincer: serrajo ham, cooked ham and crab sticks. Chop them and reserve the mixture with plastic wrap in the fridge until serving time.
- To prepare the canapés of minced prawn, crush the cooked prawns, the chives and the boiled egg in the mincer. Like the previous one, reserve it in the fridge until serving time.
- Take them out of the fridge 10 minutes before serving and add two minced prawns tablespoons mayonnaise to amalgamate the mixture.
- Toast the bread in the toaster or skillet.
- Serve on each loaf a good spoonful of one or the other mince.
- Decorate the canape ham with a little mayonnaise and shrimp with a cooked shrimp.
