Squid in sauce, a simple recipe that we can make it as a tapa or prepare it as a dish accompanied by a cooked rice. It is a very good dish that we can make from one day to the next, the sauce is even better.
We can also make this recipe with squid or any other fish. A simple dish that provides many nutrients and many benefits. It is a good way to eat fish that costs so much for the little ones, if we accompany it with rice and a salad we will have a very complete and balanced dish.

Ingredients
- 1 k squid
- A handful of clams
- ½ pepper
- 1 cebolla
- 2 garlic
- 6 tablespoons crushed tomato
- Fried tomato 2-3 tablespoons
- A glass of white wine
- 1 cayenne
- Parsley
- Oil and salt
Preparation
- We will clean the squid and cut them into pieces or rings.
- We chop the vegetables. In a saucepan we put a good jet of oil, when it is hot we put the onion and green pepper, we will let it cook for a few minutes.
- Add the garlic, and a cayenne if you want it to be a little spicy, before the garlic begins to take color, we will put the crushed tomato and the fried tomato, we will let it cook everything until we see that it is ready.
- Add the white wine, let it reduce for a few minutes, add the squid to the casserole, stir and cover with a glass of water, add a little salt, cook for 15-20 minutes.
- When we see that they are already tender, we will put the clams or mussels on top, as we like, let them cook until they open, we taste the salt.
- When it is, we chop parsley and distribute it throughout the casserole. We turn off.
- We let it rest, so that the sauce is more settled. Serve with cooked rice.
