Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 9-11 cherry tomatoes
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Virgin olive oil
Preparation
- We wash the zucchini, cut them into julienne strips and steam them for 5 minutes, drain and reserve them.
- In a wok, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes cut in half. We stir for 2 minutes and add the previously cooked zucchini. Add salt to taste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- We plate and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
