Lemon pudding light

I present this light lemon pudding that requires a minimum amount of elements and you can do it very quickly:

Ingredients:

100g. of light bran bread.
150cc. squeezed lemon juice.
4 tablespoons of light white cheese.
50g. lemon zest.
1 tablespoon of liquid sweetener.
2 egg whites.

Preparation:

Place the light bran bread cut into small pieces, the squeezed lemon juice, the light white cheese, the lemon zest, the liquid sweetener and the egg whites in a bowl and mix well until you get a smooth paste. Pour the preparation into a pan.

Cook in a bain-marie in the oven at moderate temperature for 30 minutes or until it has a firm consistency. Now
