Broccoli with baked bechamel

This time I have prepared it with Baked bechamel, it is very good and juicy and it does not seem so boring, it is a way to introduce it to the little ones.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 50 gr. Of flour
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • 600 ml. milk
  • Sal Island
  • Nutmeg
  • Grated cheese

Preparation
  1. To prepare the broccoli with bechamel in the oven, we will first remove the broccoli florets. We will put a saucepan with water and salt on the fire, when it starts to boil add the broccoli florets and let it cook until they are cooked.
  2. We drain the broccoli and put it on a baking sheet. Now we prepare the bechamel. In a saucepan or frying pan we put the butter over medium heat, when it has melted, add the flour, stir well and let it cook and take on a little color.
  3. Then we will add the milk, which we will have previously heated in the microwave, we will add it little by little to the flour and we will not stop stirring with the rod, until a cream is formed.
  4. We will add the salt and the nutmeg. When it is thick and to our liking, it will be ready.
  5. If it makes lumps with the flour, pass the mixer and it will be good.
  6. We cover the broccoli with béchamel sauce, put a layer of grated cheese and put it in the oven, which we will have already hot at 200ºC with the grill, we leave until the entire surface is gratinated and it will be ready to eat.
