Four ingredients. You don't need more to make these chocolate peanut butter bites. Gluten-free snacks that are perfect to offer to your guests and that will not take you too much work, although they will require planning.
The mass of these peanut butter bites and chocolate must rest at least 2 hours. Ideally, prepare it at night and let it harden in the refrigerator until the next morning. Then, you just have to shape these snacks and cover them with chocolate. Easy right?

Preparation
- In a bowl we mix the butter peanut, coconut flour and maple syrup. We reserve in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- After those hours, we melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second strokes.
- We put baking paper on a tray that we can then put in the fridge.
- We use two spoons to shape the dough peanut butter. We form a ball the size of a truffle and drop it into the melted chocolate. We remove with a fork and place the sandwich on the baking paper that we have prepared. We repeat until finished with the dough.
