Chocolate chip cakes. Preparing homemade sweets is a delight and more if they include chocolate. These brownies with chocolate are ideal for breakfast or a snack.
Some delicious juicy and tender sponge cakes that we can prepare in a short time. If you don't like chocolate, you can add nuts, red fruits ... Whatever you like the most.
I have prepared these sweets in small units like muffins but it can also be made large and it will be a delicious cake.

Ingredients
- 175 gr. Of flour
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml. mild olive oil
- 150 gr. sugar
- 100 ml. whipping cream
- ½ sachet of yeast
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
- To make these cakes with chocolate chips, we will start by turning the oven on at 180ºC.
- In a bowl we will put the eggs and the sugar, we will beat until the mixture turns white.
- Next we will add the cream, mix, then the oil we stir again.
- We pass the flour through a sieve or a strainer with the yeast.
- We add the flour to the previous mixture and with a spatula we will mix everything well.
- Add a handful of chocolate chips, stir to mix with the dough.
- We will grease some individual molds or a 20 cm mold. and we will pour the mixture into them, we put it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes it will vary according to the oven.
- To know when they are done, when we see that the upper part is done we insert a toothpick in the center, if it comes out dry it will be ready if we do not leave a few more minutes.
- You have to leave them just long enough, as they are individual they are made right away and can be very dry.
- We take out, let cool and ready to eat !!!
