Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 natural yogurt
- 3 glasses of flour
- 2 sugar
- 1 sunflower oil
- 1 sachet of backing powder
- Zest of 2 oranges
- ½ glass of orange juice (optional)
Preparation
- For the cake we will use the yogurt glass as a glass.
- In a bowl we put the eggs, the sugar, the orange zest, we beat it until it is well mixed.
- We add the oil and mix.
- We mix the flour with the yeast, sift it and we will incorporate it to the previous mixture little by little until the flour is well incorporated.
- Add the ½ glass of juice if you like it with more flavor. We mix.
- We preheat the oven to 180ºC heat up and down. We spread a mold with butter and put all the dough in it.
- Bake the cake for about 40 minutes or until when you click in the center with a toothpick it comes out dry.
- When it is ready, we take it out of the oven and let it cool to unmold it.
- And ready! We can now enjoy a delicious cake.
- If you like, you can put some chocolate chips in the dough before putting it in the oven, it goes very well with the orange.
