Yogurt and almond cake with chocolatetea. A classic cake with ground almonds, very rich and juicy. The almond flour gives it a very good touch, it is perfect for breakfast or a snack.
You can also accompany this yogurt and almond cake with chocolate, jam the flavor you like or chocolate as I prepared it, it was delicious !!! It keeps very well for several days, keep it in a can, wrapped with plastic wrap or in a tightly closed box.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 250 gr. sugar
- 200 gr. pastry flour
- 150 gr. ground almond
- 1 yogurt
- 1 sachet of backing powder
- 1 glass of sunflower oil yogurt
- Lemon zest (optional)
- 100 gr. chocolate to melt
- 100 gr. liquid cream
- Sugar glass
Preparation
- We turn the oven to 180ºC to preheat it. We prepare the ingredients.
- We sift the pastry flour and prepare a mold by smearing it with a little butter and reserve.
- In a bowl we will put the eggs and sugar, beat until very creamy.
- We add the almond flour, the yogurt, the oil and the lemon zest. We mix.
- When everything is well mixed we will gradually add the sifted flour together with the yeast.
- We will put the dough in the mold that we have spread with butter. We put it in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is ready.
- When it is ready, we take it out of the oven and let it cool.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Now we prepare the chocolate. We heat the cream without boiling, add the chocolate and stir without stopping until the chocolate is well discarded.
- We fill a bottle or a bottle that you have.
- We serve with the cake accompanied by the chocolate.
