Ingredients
  • 1 medium orange.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 170 ml of sunflower oil.
  • 170 g of flour.
  • 250 g of sugar.
  • 1 sachet of chemical yeast.
  • Butter nut.

Preparation
  1. How this cake is so quick to make, let's go preheating the oven to 180º C with the heat up and down. In addition, we will grease a mold with a nut of butter and flour.
  2. First, we will cut the juice orange into small pieces and introduce them into a shaker glass. In this we will add the sunflower oil, the sugar and the 3 eggs and we will begin to beat until a light cream is left.
  3. In a bowl we will put the sifted flour together with the yeast and pour the previous mixture over it, mixing everything well with a spatula or tongue until get a homogeneous dough similar to yogurt cake.
  4. Finally, we will pour this mixture on the previously greased mold and We will put in the oven at 180ºC for about 30- 35 min.
