Ingredients
  • 200 gr. of colacao
  • 200 gr. pastry flour
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 150 gr. of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml. milk
  • 1 sachet of backing powder

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to turn on the oven. We will put it at 180ºC fire up and down.
  2. We take a mold spread with butter and sprinkle a little cola cao. We booked.
  3. In a bowl we put the eggs with the sugar and beat it until it is well mixed and the mixture is fluffy.
  4. Add the milk, the very soft butter and mix well.
  5. Then we add the colacao, if you can, you pass it through a strainer or a sieve. It mixes well.
  6. Finally we add the flour and the yeast, also sifted. Mix with enveloping movements and mix well, that there are no lumps.
  7. We put the mixture in the mold that we have prepared.
  8. We put the mold in the oven and we will leave it for about 35-40 minutes. After 20 minutes you can go looking and poking with a toothpick until it comes out dry.
  9. Let cool and it will be ready.
  10. There is one large cake left.
