Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200 gr. white sugar
- 200 gr. of butter
- 200 gr. cream or heavy cream
- 400 gr. Of flour
- 1 sachet of backing powder
- A little cinnamon and brown sugar
Preparation
- To make the cinnamon cake we will first light the oven at 180ºC with heat up and down.
- First we prepare a 24 cm mold. We spread it with butter and sprinkle the mold with a little flour. We booked.
- We take a bowl, put the eggs and sugar. We beat.
- We put the butter in a bowl, leave it at room temperature or put it in the microwave for a minute.
- We add the butter to the dough, beat, add the cream and beat.

- We put in the oven at 180º C until it is ready 30-40 minutes or until it is ready. When it is, we take it out and let it cool.
