I usually have bread for breakfast in the morning, with oil and tomato or fruit jam. I usually accompany it with coffee and some fruit juice. However, once or twice a week, I like to change and incorporate into my routine fruit, vegetable smoothies and / or cereals. One of the combinations that I like the most is this one of cabbage, tangerine and pineapple.
I love citrus flavors, that's why I couldn't resist trying this smoothie cabbage, tangerine and pineapple when it was offered to me. I liked the result so much that I emulated it at home by incorporating yogurt into the equation and a little turmeric. Do you try it?
- 1 plain unsweetened yogurt
- 1 generous handful of kale
- 1-2 frozen pineapple slices
- 1 large tangerine, peeled
- Water
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- We place in the blender glass yogurt, cabbage, pineapple, tangerine and turmeric.
- We add a splash of water -depending on how light we want the shake) and we mix until the mixture emulsifies.
- We serve the shake in a glass or two.
