Banana and watermelon smoothie
With spring the fruit smoothies they are becoming habitual at home. Very cool, after practicing sports or at snack time, they become the best option. The combinations that we can make are endless, however, this watermelon and banana is one of my favorites.
This milkshake watermelon and banana it has two distinct layers. The densest is the banana and orange juice smoothie; the lightest is watermelon and Greek yogurt. Chunky yogurt provides both consistency and fat, so you can eliminate it if you are immersed in a diet. It can be mixed and drunk or taken with a spoon. Whatever the option, make sure it is very cold.
Ingredients
Makes 3 shakes
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1/4 of watermelon
- 3 Greek yogurts
- Crushed ice
Crafting
Put in the mincer the sliced bananas, the juice of two oranges and 3 ice cubes. Chop and distribute the mixture in 3 glasses.
Now, beat the watermelon with the Greek yogurt. Pour the mixture obtained over the previous banana base.
Garnish each smoothie with a piece of watermelon.
Serve cold.

Yogurt if it is skimmed and unsweetened is perfect for adding consistency with very few calories. I add a little liquid saccharin since I like it very sweet, and it looks great.
