Ingredients
- 100 ml of soy milk
- Juice of an orange
- 1 plátano
- 2 Maria cookies
- 1 tablespoon of liquid caramel
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
Preparation
- In a container for blender we are adding All the ingredients mentioned above: soy milk, the juice of an orange, a banana cut into slices, the two chopped Maria cookies, a tablespoon of liquid caramel and a teaspoon of sugar.
- La cinnamon You can put it in the mixture to beat or later once everything has been beaten to garnish. In my case I have preferred to use it to decorate.
- You will have a somewhat thick shake but very rich in nutrients and very healthy.
