Ingredients:
1 kilo of medium potatoes
freshly ground pepper, to taste
vegetable spray, amount needed
oregano to sprinkle, to taste
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes very well and cook them with the skin in a pot with plenty of water. They should be cooked and firm. Then you remove them and let them cool.
Once cool, cut them into quarters and place them on a tray sprinkled with vegetable spray, season with freshly ground pepper and a pinch of oregano. Bake them until golden brown. Remove and serve as a garnish with the main course.
