I've been giving myself more than one whim for a couple of days now and I want to share the last one with you: bagle of bacon, egg and bechamel, a whole bomb of flavor and textures. A perfect way to prepare a very energetic and complete breakfast before a good batch of exercises is this baggle of egg, bacon and bechamel. The great protagonist of many brunches and your best way to pamper yourself during the weekend.

Ingredients
- 1 bagle (for sale in large stores)
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1 egg
- a handful of spinach
- prepared bechamel (or homemade, it depends on the rush of each one)
- shawl
- butter
Preparation
- In a frying pan we fry the bacon and reserve it.
- In the same pan in which we have fried the bacon, we add more oil until we get the necessary amount to fry an egg. We proceed to fry it trying to get the yolk raw.
- We remove the oil from the pan and with the remaining droplets we sauté the handful of spinach. We booked.
- In a toaster, we heat the bagle. Once toasted, we cut it in half and spread butter on the inside of both halves.
- With the help of a spoon, add the spinach, the egg, the bacon and a tablespoon and a half of the béchamel previously heated in the microwave. A DELIGHT
