Three ingredients are enough to prepare this recipe and 10 minutes of your time. Sounds simple right? It seems and it is. The cod is cooked in water and served with a garlic and paprika stir-fry that gives it a lot of taste, flavor and color. A quick dish to make and serve on the spot.

Ingredients
  • 3 desalted cod fillets
  • 1 dash of oil
  • 3 sliced ​​garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika sweet

Preparation
  1. We put a liter and a half of water in a saucepan and when it starts to boil we add the cod fillets. We remove the casserole from the heat and let the cod cook with the residual heat for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, we pour a jet of oil into a pan that covers the base of it. We heat the fire and we fry the garlic in the oil rolled over medium heat.
  3. When these start to brown, we add the sweet paprika. We remove from the heat and stir the mixture.
  4. We drain the loins of cod that will be ready and we present them on a plate. Pour the paprika sauce over them.
