Creamy rice with prawns, a juicy rice dish with a lot of flavor. At home we really like rice and on the weekends is when I prepare it. It is a great dish for the whole family.
A very complete dish as it has a good stir-fry and seafood, a very complete meal. If you like the rice drier you just have to put a little less broth and on the contrary if you like it with broth a little more water or fish broth.

Ingredients
- 1L of fish broth
- 350 gr. rice approx.
- Prawns
- 2 squid
- mussels
- ½ green pepper
- ½ onion
- 2 garlic
- 2 Tomate
- Saffron
- Oil and salt
Preparation
- We will make a fish broth with fish bones, some peeled garlic and a sprig of fresh parsley, we will cook it for 25 minutes and thus we will have a good broth ready. We booked.
- We put the casserole where we are going to prepare the rice, we will put a little oil, when it is hot, we will add the pepper and the chopped onion, we fry it a little and we add the minced garlic. Then we add the peeled and chopped tomatoes.
- We will put the squid that sauté a little together with the sauce.
- When we see that the sauce is ready we will add the broth, I added 1 liter. Put twice as much broth as rice and a little more if we want it to be a little more mellow.
- When it starts to boil we will add the rice a little saffron and a little salt, we will taste it, after 10 minutes we will add the mussels and prawns.
- After about 15-17 minutes we turn it off, let it rest for 5 min. and ready.
- A rich, rich rice casserole.
