Rice with pea and carrot sauce

Ingredients:

3 cups boiled rice
100 gr. grated cheese
1 large carrot
1 cebolla great
1 can of peas
chopped parsley
salt and pepper
2 tbsp oil

Preparation:

Chop the onion into small cubes, cut the carrot into slices and each slice into 4, so that there are small triangles.

Fry the onion and carrot together in a pot, when it is transparent add the peas and a splash of water, cook until dry.

Add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Prepare the rice with cheese and add this dry sauce. Serve piping hot.
