- 12 artichokes
- 12 mushrooms
- 12 quail eggs
- extra virgin oil
- shawl
Steps to follow:
- Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and place them on a microwave-safe source. Cook them for 15 minutes.
- Peel the artichokes, Cut off the bottom part (so that they are stable when resting) and the top part of the leaves so that there is a straight surface. Place them in a saucepan with boiling water and a pinch of salt, for 20-30 minutes approximately. Drain them and empty them a bit.
- Place the artichokes in a microwave-safe dish, place on top the mushrooms and on each mushroom, crack a quail egg. Gratin in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
