- 500 gr. minced beef
- 200 gr. minced pork
- 2 garlic
- 150-200 gr. grated Mozzarella cheese
- Flour (XNUMXg)

Preparation
- We take a bowl and in it we put the two kinds of meat, we put the egg, the minced garlic, a little parsley, salt and pepper. I put some grated cheese on the dough.
- We mix everything and let it rest in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
- We put a frying pan with plenty of oil to heat. While we are preparing the meatballs, we take a quantity of meat and in the center we put the cheese.
- We shape into a ball, we prepare a few, we pass them through flour.
- When the oil is hot, we add them and leave them until they are golden brown.
- We take them out and leave them on a plate with kitchen paper.
- And so on until they are all ready.
- A great dish, we can accompany it with a good salad.
