- Embizeni enkulu sifaka okuncane amafutha omnqumo nokushisa (ekushiseni okuphakathi). Ngenkathi uwoyela ushisa sizosika konke imifino yethu ngamacube amancane (ukuyigeza phambilini): izaqathe, u-anyanisi, upelepele, i-zucchini nesitshalo seqanda.
- Faka yonke imifino ebhodweni lapho uwoyela usushisile futhi mayiyithose cishe imizuzu eyi-10-15 cishe.
- Lapho imifino isizophela, sifaka isoso setamatisi esenziwe ekhaya (ukunambitha). Endabeni yami, ngangeze cishe ama-200 ml.
