  • Ginger isipuni ujinja ginger
  • ½ isipuni umhlabathi isinamoni
  • Salt ithisipuni kasawoti
  • ⅛ isipuni clove emhlabathini
  • 200 g. ushukela omhlophe
  • 50 g. ushukela onsundu
  • 250 ml. i-puree yethanga (ithanga le-microwaved)
  • 125 ml. ngo-buttermilk
  • 30 ml. uwoyela we-sunflower
  • 1 iqanda elikhulu
  • ⅔ inkomishi ama-cranberries omisiwe

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sishisa ihhavini iye ku-180ºC.
  2. Sihlanganisa i- ufulawa ohlungiwe nezinye izithako ezomile: i-baking soda, i-levadora, i-ginger, isinamoni, usawoti kanye nama-clove.
  3. Sishaye endishini ushukela ne-puree yethanga, uwoyela nobisi lwebhotela kuze kube yilapho uthola isisindo esifanayo.
  4. Nge-spatula sihlanganisa izithako ezomile ezigciniwe kanye nama-blueberries.
  5. Sigcwalisa isikhunta okusansimbi okunama-capsules ephepha bese sikugcwalisa ngenhlama size siwagcwalise ⅔.
  6. Bhaka imizuzu engu-20 noma kuze kube yilapho ama-muffin esethenda.
  7. Sisusa kuhhavini, singavuleki ku-rack bese silinda ukuthi zipholile.
