- ½ inkomishi kafulawa kakolweni ophelele
- 1 ithisipuni yesoda yokubhaka
- ½ isipuni sokubhaka (iRoyal)
- Ginger isipuni ujinja ginger
- ½ isipuni umhlabathi isinamoni
- Salt ithisipuni kasawoti
- ⅛ isipuni clove emhlabathini
- 200 g. ushukela omhlophe
- 50 g. ushukela onsundu
- 250 ml. i-puree yethanga (ithanga le-microwaved)
- 125 ml. ngo-buttermilk
- 30 ml. uwoyela we-sunflower
- 1 iqanda elikhulu
- ⅔ inkomishi ama-cranberries omisiwe
- Sishisa ihhavini iye ku-180ºC.
- Sihlanganisa i- ufulawa ohlungiwe nezinye izithako ezomile: i-baking soda, i-levadora, i-ginger, isinamoni, usawoti kanye nama-clove.
- Sishaye endishini ushukela ne-puree yethanga, uwoyela nobisi lwebhotela kuze kube yilapho uthola isisindo esifanayo.
- Nge-spatula sihlanganisa izithako ezomile ezigciniwe kanye nama-blueberries.
- Sigcwalisa isikhunta okusansimbi okunama-capsules ephepha bese sikugcwalisa ngenhlama size siwagcwalise ⅔.
- Bhaka imizuzu engu-20 noma kuze kube yilapho ama-muffin esethenda.
- Sisusa kuhhavini, singavuleki ku-rack bese silinda ukuthi zipholile.
