Sannu kyakkyawa!
Ga yawancinku, ilimin da ke kewaye turkish gastronomy suna farawa da ƙarewa a daidai wannan lokaci - azabtar da su ta hanyar tatsuniyoyin birni da mashahurai, dole ne a faɗi komai -: the kebab. San haka sannan, ban da wannan kara amfani ourara hannun riga da aka ƙaddara don cika amfanin gonarmu lokacin da babu komai a cikin firinji ko kasafin kuɗinmu don cin jeri tsakanin € 3 da € 5, akwai sararin samaniya mai daɗin ci mai cike da nuances mai ƙanshi da ƙwarewa tare da miya mai tsami kamar na yogurt. Hakanan ku sani cewa Baturke shine daidaitaccen abinci mai ɗanɗano wanda ya haɗu da abubuwan abinci na Gabas ta Tsakiya da abubuwan abinci na Rum.
Don haka idan ka kuskura ka ajiye kariya a tsakanin murhunka, ka ji daɗin mataki-mataki na waɗannan abubuwan mai daɗin kwallon naman rago turkish. Bar wani sharhi yana gaya mani yadda kwarewarku ta kasance!
- Kilo 1 na naman rago da aka nika
- 1 albasa ja, yankakken yankakken
- 4 tafarnuwa cloves, minced
- 2 qwai
- 1 teaspoon na paprika
- 1 cumin ƙasa cumin
- 1 tablespoon yankakken faski
- Salt da barkono
- Man zaitun na karin budurwa
- Mun preheat tanda zuwa 200º
- Mix nikakken nama, tare da albasa, tafarnuwa, qwai, paprika, cumin da faski. Lokacin dandano.
- Muna haɗuwa.
- Da zarar komai ya tafi daidai, zamu dauki wasu bangarori kamar girman goro da yin kwallayen da zamu sanya akan takardar yin burodi akan tiren tanda.
- Mun sanya ƙwallan naman a cikin tanda kuma mun bar su kimanin minti 15. ko har sai mun ga sun dan zinare.
- Muna cire tire daga murhu kuma mu sa lemun tsami, zuma da man zaitun
- Mun dawo cikin tanda na minti 20.
- Muna fita da bauta tare da yogurt miya.
- Mun sanya su a kan tushen da za mu ɗauka a cikin tanda, mu rufe tare da miya wanda zai kasance a shirye, kuma mun mayar da komai zuwa tanda a 175º na kimanin minti 40.
