Muffins ɗin Blueberry na Suman

  • 250 ml. kabewa puree (microwaved kabewa)
  • 125 ml. by man shanu
  • 30 ml. man sunflower
  • 1 babban kwai
  • Kofin busassun cranberries

Shiri
  1. Mun zafafa tanda zuwa 180ºC.
  2. Muna haɗuwa da nikakken gari tare da sauran kayan busassun: soda na soda, levadora, ginger, kirfa, gishiri da cloves.
  3. Mun doke a cikin kwano sukari tare da kabewa mai tsarkakakke, mai da man shanu har sai an sami kamfani mai kama da juna.
  4. Tare da spatula zamu hada kayan ajiyar busassun busasshe da shudawa.
  5. Muna cika kyallen ƙarfe ne da capsules na takarda kuma mun cika waɗannan da kullu har sai mun cika ⅔ daga cikinsu.
  6. Gasa minti 20 ko har sai muffins suna taushi.
