- 500 amagremu inyama yengulube (ingulube yenkomo)
- 1 cebolla
- 1 i-pimiento verde
- 1 zucchini
- 200 gr. utamatisi othosiwe
- 150 ml. iwayini elimhlophe
- Amafutha
- Sal
- Pepper
- 100 gr. ushizi ogayiwe

- Ukwenza upelepele ofakwe inyama nemifino, sizoqala ngokugeza upelepele, sinqume isisekelo esiphezulu bese sithulula kahle ukuze kungabikho imbewu.
- Sinquma u-anyanisi, pepper kanye ne-zucchini, sinquma yonke imifino encane kakhulu.
- Shisisa i-pan enkulu yokuthosa nge-jet enhle yamafutha, engeza imifino, futhi uvumele ukuba ipheke cishe imizuzu emi-5.
- Uma kukhona okuncane okusele ukuze imifino ibe khona, sizofaka inyama egayiwe futhi siyivumele ukuthi ipheke ngemifino.
