- Ushukela, inani eliboniswe kwimvilophu elungisiwe
- 300 gr. amakhekhe, ama-muffin, amakhukhi, isinkwa ...
- 150 gr. ushukela noma i-caramel ewuketshezi esivele ilungisiwe

Ukulungiselela
- Sizoqala ukulungisa i-caramel, epanini sifaka ushukela namanzi amancane namaconsi ambalwa kalamula, lapho i-caramel ikhona sizoyifaka kwisikhunta lapho sizolungisa khona i-flan.
- Sizolungisa i-flan ngokulandela imiyalo efakwa ezimvilophini.
- Sithatha isikhunta lapho sibeke khona i-caramel, sinqume amabhanisi abe izingcezu ezincanyana bese sibeka ungqimba ngaphezulu kwe-caramel.
- Sibeka ingxenye ye-flan bese sibeka olunye ungqimba lwamakhekhe nokunye kwe-flan. Siyivumela ifudumale kancane futhi sizoyifaka esiqandisini ize ibeke, amahora angama-4-5.
