  • Iphakheji elingu-1 lamakhukhi angu-200 gr.
  • 100 gr. webhotela
  • 350 ml. ubisi
  • 350 ml. ukushaya ukhilimu
  • 300-400 gr. i-almond nougat
  • 6 amashidi e-gelatin
  • Ukuhlobisa, ama-alimondi acwebile, ushokoledi, ama-noodle kashokoledi...
Ukulungiselela
  1. Ukuze silungise ikhekhe le-nougat, sizoqala ngokufaka amashidi e-gelatin emanzini. Sithatha isikhunta futhi sisakaze ngebhotela elincane.
  2. Sinquma amakhukhi, sibeke ibhotela ku-microwave imizuzwana embalwa ukuze incibilike. Esitsheni sibeka amakhukhi nebhotela. Hlanganisa kahle futhi umboze phansi kwesikhunta. Sifaka efrijini bese sibeka.
  3. Silungisa ukhilimu we-nougat. Sinquma i-nougat ibe yizicucu. Sifaka ukhilimu nobisi epanini ukushisa, sifaka izingcezu ze-nougat, sizogqugquzela kuze kube yilapho yonke into ikhilimu. Uma ungathandi ukuthola ama-alimondi aqoshiwe, ungawachoboza.
  4. Sikhipha amashidi e-gelatin kahle, uwafake kukhilimu oshisayo. Sixuba kuze kube yilapho i-gelatin ichitheka. Uma sibona ukuthi sekuqala ukubila, sisuka emlilweni.
  5. Sithatha isikhunta esiqandisini bese sengeza ukhilimu, simboze ngama-alimondi e-crocanti noma noma yini oyithandayo. Sifaka efrijini amahora angu-6-7 noma ubusuku bonke.
  6. Ngemva kwalesi sikhathi, siyaphuma futhi sikhonze. Singakuphelezela ngokhilimu ohlutshiwe, ushokoledi...
