  • 3 amazambane
  • 100 ml. ukhilimu
  • I-ginger encane
  • Sal

  1. Ukuze ulungise ukhilimu we-ithanga nge-ginger, into yokuqala kuyoba ukucwenga nokusika amazambane kanye nethanga zibe yizicucu ezincane.
  2. Epanini sizofaka amanzi kanye nosawoti omncane. Siyibeka emlilweni kuze kube yilapho iqala ukubila, sifaka ithanga namazambane.
  3. Sivumela ukuthi sipheke imizuzu engu-15-20 kuze kube yilapho zonke izithako zithenda. Uma konke sekuphekwe kahle sigaya kahle.
  4. Siyibuyisela emlilweni uma isichotshoziwe, sifaka ukhilimu, sivuselela kahle. Sifaka i-ginger, sizofaka kancane kancane ize ifinyelele iphuzu esilithandayo. Sinambitha usawoti.
  5. Futhi izobe isilungele ukudliwa !!! Kulula kakhulu futhi kuyashesha ukulungiselela.
