- Ama-350 gr. ithanga eliluhlaza
- 250 gr. ushukela
- 250 gr. Kafulawa
- Amaqanda e-3
- 100 ml. uwoyela we-sunflower
- Ama-sachets ama-2 wezinto zokukhulisa noma isaka elilodwa le-yeast
- 1 isipuni se-dessert yesinamoni
- Ukulungisa ama-muffin amathanga enziwe, sizoqala ngokusika ithanga. Sizosusa isikhumba, sihlanze imbewu, siyinqume ibe yizicucu ezincane. Thatha isitsha esiphephe nge-microwave, engeza izingcezu zamathanga, umboze ngopulasitiki bese uyibeka ku-microwave imizuzu engu-6 ku-800W noma ize iphekwe kahle.
- Kwesinye isitsha sizofaka ushukela namathanga, siwuchoboze. Sizofaka ezinye izithako, kuqala amaqanda ngalinye ngalinye bese sishaya, bese kuthi uwoyela nesinamoni, uhlanganise kahle.
