  1. Ukulungisa ikhekhe le-puff khekhe nokhilimu, sizoqala ngokukhanyisa i-ovini ngo-180ºC.
  2. Singathenga noma silungiselele ukhilimu ekhaya. Ingabuye igcwale i-custard.
  3. Sibeka ishidi le-puff pastry ebhodini lokubhaka, sizoshiya iphepha eliliphethe. Ngemfoloko sizoyigwaza inhlama ukuze inhlama ingavuvuki kakhulu.
  4. Sifaka ukhilimu we-khekhe ebusweni be-puff pastry esinayo ebhodini lokubhaka, ngaphandle kokufinyelela emaphethelweni. Sizobeka elinye ishidi ngaphezulu, simboze ukhilimu bese silimboza ngosizo lwemfoloko.
  5. Sishaya iqanda ngosizo lwebhulashi lasekhishini sipenda lonke ikhekhe le-puff. Simboza ngoshukela nama-alimondi agoqiwe.
  6. Ihhavini sizolivula ngo-180ºC, sethula i-coca futhi sizoyishiya ize ibe nsundu ngegolide. Cishe imizuzu engama-20 kuya ngehovini.
  7. Lapho isagolide, siyayikhipha, mayiyipholise izobe isilungele ukudliwa !!!
