  1. Ukulungisa amaphiko ezinkukhu nge-curry kuhhavini, okokuqala sizohlanza izimpiko, zezimpaphe ezithile.
  2. Endishini sizobeka indiza enhle kawoyela, i-curry, i-paprika, upelepele, usawoti, i-garlic egayiwe kanye nengilazi yewayini elimhlophe, sifaka amaphiko enkukhu esiwaxuba kahle ukuze akhulelwe kahle ukugqoka, ungangeza okuningi kwalokho okuthandayo. Mayihambe olwandle amahora ambalwa, kungaba amahora ama-2-3 noma ishiye ubusuku bonke.
  3. Sivula i-ovini ngo-200ÂșC, ngokushisa phezulu nangaphansi.
