  1. Sizoqala ngokuhlanza ama-artichokes, sinqume ichopho lama-artichokes futhi sisuse wonke amaqabunga aluhlaza, sishiye isikhungo, inhliziyo yama-artichokes. Uma banezinwele enkabeni sizosizana ngesipuni sizisuse.
