- Pepper upelepele oluhlaza okotshani, oqoshiwe
- ½ ingilazi yewayini elimhlophe
- 300 g. utamatisi ochotshoziwe
- 1 upelepele we-cayenne
- ¼ isipuni ikhumini
- ¼ isipuni emnyama
- ½ isipuni oregano
- ½-1 inkomishi umhluzi
- Ibhodwe elilodwa lama-chickpeas aphekiwe (1g ngamanzi)

- Pepper
- Saqala ukugcoba inyama nokuyigcina.
- Okulandelayo, epanini elingaphansi, shisisa izipuni ezintathu zomusa wamafutha omnqumo kanye susa u-anyanisi imizuzu embalwa.
- Faka ugarlic nopelepele bese ususa eminye imizuzu embalwa kuze kube yithenda. Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele.
