  1. Sisika imifino, ingaqunywa yonke noma ingafakwa izingcezu ezinkulu. Sihlanza imifino, siyigeze ngaphansi kompompi.
  2. Sifaka konke okuluhlaza embizeni, sizofaka ne-paprika, sigcine amazambane.
  3. Simboza yonke into ngamanzi abandayo bese siyifaka emlilweni omkhulu ize iqale ukubila.
  4. Lapho iqala ukubilisa, yehlisa ukushisa, uyiyeke ipheke futhi yenze i-chup-chup. Sizoyivumela ipheke.
  5. Ngenkathi udali upheka silungisa amazambane, siyawaxebula bese siwasika sibe yizicucu bese siwashiya emanzini kuze kube yisikhathi sokuwafaka entanyeni.
