  • 200 gr. utamatisi othosiwe
  • Amasoseji ayi-8 amasha
  • Amafutha

  1. Sibeka ipani elinamanzi nosawoti emlilweni lapho liqala ukubila sizobeka imakharoni ize ilunge. Sizobashiya isikhathi esiboniswe ngumenzi.
  2. Ngenkathi silungisa inyama, sibeka ipani ngamafutha amancane, siqede u-anyanisi bese siyithosa, ngaphambi kokuthi iqale ukuthatha umbala sizobeka amasoseji aqoshiwe bese sibavumela benze konke ndawonye kuze kube yilapho yonke into isensundu ngokusagolide.
  3. Faka utamatisi othosiwe, usawoti kanye nopelepele, ugovuze yonke into bese uyishiya imizuzu embalwa.
