  1. Sifaka inyama esitsheni, sizofaka ugarlic osikiwe, iparsley, amaqanda, imvuthu yesinkwa, usawoti kanye nopelepele. Sizohlanganisa konke kahle, sikumboze bese sikushiya esiqandisini, amahora ambalwa noma kusuka osukwini olulodwa kuye kolandelayo, ukuze kuthathe ukunambitheka.
  2. Uma siyolungisa, sizothela ufulawa endishini, senze amabhola nenyama bese sidlula kufulawa.
