Namuhla ngifuna ukukushiya iresiphi engiyilungiselela yona isivuno lasagna. Izikhathi eziningi sishiye izitshulu, inyama futhi kuyihlazo ukuzilahla. Kukhona njalo iresiphi yokuyisebenzisa, njengama-croquette ajwayelekile, kepha bahlala bekhathele.
Manje ngilungisa i-lasagna nenyama esele kumhluzi noma isitshulu. I-lasagna elula, eyenziwe ekhaya, Kuhle kakhulu, impela uzoyithanda ekhaya. Ngiyakukhuthaza ukuthi uzame !!!

- Okokuqala sizolungisa amashidi e-lasagna, sizowenza ngokusho komkhiqizi.
- Ngenkathi usepanini elinamafutha sizobeka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, sizowuyeka upheke imizuzu embalwa uze uthambe futhi ubonakale.
- Ngenyama esele singawasika noma siwasike ngesinqe noma ngesikele siwasike sibe yizicucu, ngikwenza kanjena, kwazise isiqedile ukuncibilika nososi.
- Sifaka inyama eqoshiwe kanye no-anyanisi, sibeka utamatisi othosiwe ngendlela esiyithandayo, kodwa uyigcine inamanzi amaningi, sifaka usawoti omncane, upelepele, sibeka ingilazi encane yewayini elimhlophe, siyivumele ipheke cishe imizuzu eyi-8, siyinambitha ukuze siyishiye sithande.
- Sibeka isisekelo samashidi e-lasagna kuthileyi wokubhaka, simboze ngongqimba wenyama noshizi omncane ogayiwe, simboze ngolunye ungqimba lwamashidi e-lasagna, enye yenyama noshizi omncane, kanjena kuze kuphele, into yokugcina izokwenza kube amashidi e-lasagna, esizowamboza ngongqimba lwe-béchamel noshizi ogayiwe.
- Sifaka kuhhavini ngo-180ºC ize ibe nsundu kahle.
