  • 1 ithisipuni yempuphu yokubhaka
  • Salt ithisipuni kasawoti
  • 76 g. ibhotela ebandayo ngamacube
  • 120 ml. ubisi lwebhotela (i-250ml yobisi lonke + ijusi le-½ lemon)
  • ½ inkomishi yama-alimondi asikiwe
  • U-ayisikhilimu ukukhonza

Ukulungiselela
  1. Silungisa ubisi lwebhotela. Ukwenza lokhu, sibeka ubisi endishini bese uthela ijusi likalamula. Siyayinyakazisa futhi siyivumele iphumule imizuzu eyi-10 ekamelweni lokushisa size sithole ingxube nokubukeka kobisi olusikiwe.
  2. Sishisa kuhhavini ngo-200ºC bese ugcobisa isitsha esingu-22x22cm.
  3. Endishini enkulu sixuba ipentshisi, ushukela onsundu, uketshezi lukalamula nejusi, isitashi sommbila nesinamoni. Sithela ingxube esitsheni sokubhaka bese sigcina.
