Ukulungiselela
  1. Sizohlukanisa ingilazi kwilitha lobisi sigcine. Konke okunye sizokufaka epanini eliphethe induku yesinamoni kanye nekhasi kalamula, mayikupheke phezu komlilo omncane imizuzu embalwa, icime bese ikuvumela ukuphumula imizuzu eyi-10.
  2. Sisusa ikhasi likalamula nenduku yesinamoni bese sibuyisela ipani emlilweni noshukela, sizovusa. Sizoba nomlilo ophansi. Lapho sinalo lonke ubisi siyasichitha isitashi.
  3. Lapho ubisi lushisa, engeza ubisi nesitashi, ngezinduku ezimbalwa, uvuselele ingxube ingami phezu komlilo ophansi kakhulu, kuze kube sengathi ufana nokhilimu ojiyile futhi obushelelezi, cishe imizuzu eyi-15.
  4. Lapho sibona ukuthi sekuphelile, sicisha umlilo, silungise isikhunta esiyisikwele. Imanzise ngamanzi amancane noma ibhotela bese ufaka ukhilimu, umboze ngefilimu, uyifudumale bese uyifaka efrijini ize ibekele amahora ayi-3-4 noma ubusuku bonke.
