- Imbiza enkulu eyi-1 yobhontshisi omhlophe (i-400 g isivele ikhishiwe)
- Utamatisi we-Cherrys
- Pepper upelepele omkhulu oluhlaza okotshani
- 1 anyanisi wasentwasahlobo
- Ithini leminqumo emnyama (80 g)
- Pepper upelepele obomvu
- 70 ml wamafutha omnqumo asezintombi
- 50 ml apple cider uviniga
- 1 ithisipuni kasawoti
- Sizosusa ubhontshisi embizeni, siwafake ku-colander bese siwageza kahle ngaphansi kompompi.
- Sigeza futhi siqheke izithako zibe izingcezu ezincane kakhulu, upelepele oluhlaza, upelepele obomvu, u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo.
- Sigeza utamatisi we-cherry bese siwasika phakathi noma izingcezu ezincane.
- Sithatha isitsha sifaka ubhontshisi ophekiwe, sifaka zonke izithako eziqoshiwe, iminqumo noma oqoshiwe bonke kanye notamatisi othile.
- Silungisa i-vinaigrette, esitsheni sifaka uwoyela, uviniga nosawoti sikushaya ngemfoloko size siboshwe kancane, sifaka ingxenye kusaladi bese sivuselela konke kahle.
- Sihambisa ubhontshisi ngoqwembe bese sihlobisa ngawo wonke utamatisi we-cherry neminye iminqumo. Sikhonza yonke i-vinaigrette ngokuhlukile.
