Singalungisa isidlo esiphelele uma sikuphelezela namazambane aphekiwe njengoba sengikulungisile noma ilayisi eliphekiwe, isaladi futhi sidla ngokuphelele. Futhi yisidlo esihle ongasusa ku-tupperware ongasidla emsebenzini.

- 1 cebolla
- 1 isigaxa sikagalikhi
- 60 gr. Ama-alimondi osiwe
- 150 ml. iwayini elimhlophe
- 1 ithisipuni le-paprika elimnandi
- I-1 bay leaf
- Amazambane ama-3 aphekiwe
- 100 ml. wamanzi
- Amafutha, usawoti kanye nopelepele
Ukulungiselela
- Sifaka ipani lokuthosa emlilweni ngamafutha amancane okuzoshisa, usike u-anyanisi nogalikhi bese uyifaka epanini, mayipheke phezu komlilo ophakathi.
- Silungisa ezinye izithako, sinqume i-squid.
- Odakeni siquma ama-alimondi.
- Lapho u-anyanisi eboshiwe futhi enombala omncane, sizobeka ama-alimondi aqoshiwe.
- Yususe umzuzu bese ufaka i-squid, mayipheke imizuzu embalwa, uyishukumise.
- Sifaka iwayini, silivumela ukuthi linciphise imizuzu embalwa.
- Faka amanzi, i-paprika, iqabunga le-bay, usawoti kanye nopelepele omncane.
- Vumela i-squid ipheke cishe imizuzu engama-30. Ngemuva kwalesi sikhathi sinambitha usawoti bese siyalungisa.
- Silungisa amazambane aphekiwe, singawenza ku-microwave. Sizisika zibe izingcezu bese sizibeka phansi kwepuleti noma ngoqwembe.
- Sizobeka i-squid phezulu nayo yonke usoso neparsley encane. Futhi ukulungele ukudla !!!
