Sihlanza i- ama-gelatin amashidi esitsheni samanzi ngokulandela imiyalo yomkhiqizi, imizuzu emi-5 ukuya kwengu-9. Ngemuva kwalokho siyawasusa bese siwafaka epanini elishisayo kuze kube yilapho encibilika.
Endishini sashaya ubisi olujiyile nejusi yolamula ababili. Sibe sesengeza i-gelatin ehlanjululwe.
Sihlukanisa esitsheni amaqanda amabili amhlophe futhi sibahlanganisa ngosizo lwe-whisk. Sizifaka kwezinye izithako, sihlangana ngobumnene, nokunyakaza okumbozayo.
Gcwalisa isikhunta nge-mousse bese wethula efrijini zize zingaguquguquki, cishe amahora amabili.
Sethula ne ikhasi likalamula elimnandi phezulu namaqabunga e-mint (ongakukhetha).
