- Sizoqala ngokuhlanza ama-artichokes, sinqume ichopho lama-artichokes futhi sisuse wonke amaqabunga aluhlaza, sishiye isikhungo, inhliziyo yama-artichokes. Uma banezinwele enkabeni sizosizana ngesipuni sizisuse.
- Sifaka isitsha ngamanzi, izingcezu zikalamula kanye nengxenye yejusi, njengoba sihlanza ama-artichokes, siwasika futhi siwafaka emanzini.
- Ngakolunye uhlangothi silungiselela i-batter. Sihlunga ufulawa bese sengeza usawoti omncane. Endishini sishaya iqanda, sifaka amanzi abandayo kakhulu, (silibeka efrijini isikhashana ngaphambili).
