Sisebenzise leli thuba ukulungisa i-zancarrón ebisikhonze ukwenza umhluzi wenyama oduduzayo futhi sengezile anyanisi, upelepele, utamatisi kanye namantshontsho. Kepha zizwe ukhululekile ukusebenzisa neminye imifino onayo efrijini okufanele uyikhiphe, kuzoba mnandi!

- 1 upelepele we-cayenne
- ¼ isipuni ikhumini
- ¼ isipuni emnyama
- ½ isipuni oregano
- ½-1 inkomishi umhluzi
- Ibhodwe elilodwa lama-chickpeas aphekiwe (1g ngamanzi)

- Pepper
- Saqala ukugcoba inyama nokuyigcina.
- Okulandelayo, epanini elingaphansi, shisisa izipuni ezintathu zomusa wamafutha omnqumo kanye susa u-anyanisi imizuzu embalwa.
- Faka ugarlic nopelepele bese ususa eminye imizuzu embalwa kuze kube yithenda. Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele.
- Sithela iwayini elimhlophe notamatisi bese uluvumela upheke phezu kokushisa okuphakathi nendawo imizuzu emithathu ukuze utshwala buhwamuke notamatisi wehliswe ngaphambi kokungeza ezinye izithako; inyama efile, izinongo nomhluzi (kuqala ngesigamu sendebe).
- Pheka yonke imizuzu eyi-10, uvuselele ngezikhathi ezithile, ngaphambi engeza amantshontsho kuphekwe kahle kukhanywa.
- Silungisa iphuzu likasawoti, sengeza umhluzi omningi uma kunesidingo bese sipheka eminye imizuzu emi-5 ukuze ama-flavour ahlanganiswe.
- Siphaka izingubo ezindala ngama-chickpeas ashisayo.
