- 200 ml. iwayini elimhlophe

Ukulungiselela
- Into yokuqala esiyenzayo ukuhlamba izimbambo ukuze bathathe ukunambitheka okwengeziwe.
- Odakeni siquma ugarlic, sibeke i-rosemary, i-thyme, i-oregano nosawoti omncane nopelepele bese sikuxuba newayini.
- Esitsheni sokubhaka sifaka izimbambo, zingaba yisiqeshana noma izingcezu bese sizimboza ngodaka, sibeka iqabunga le-bay kanye ne-oyela.
- Siyimboza ngocwecwe lwe-aluminium bese siyishiya efrijini ihora lonke.
- Sika amazambane abe izingcezu eziyi-1 cm. futhi siwafaka kuthileyi wokubhaka, sihlanza amanye ama-artichoke futhi siwabeka nakulethileyi eseduze nezimbambo.
- Sishisa uhhavini ufike ku-180-190ºC, sifaka ugqoko kuhhavini ihora lonke, sizoguqula izimbambo namazambane ukuze abe nsundu wonke.
- Ngejusi sizonisela izimbambo, amazambane nama-artichokes, ukuze bathathe ukunambitheka okuhle.
- Lapho sibona ukuthi vele siyabakhipha kuhhavini bazobe sebemi ngomumo !!!
